Job summary

Sysmex Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a proactive Supply Planning professional to develop and execute supply and replenishment plans based on demand forecasts and inventory needs. You will monitor stock, manage shortages, excess, and obsolete inventory, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure material availability.

You will support S&OP, participate in scenario planning, and align plans with operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and planning tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply and replenishment plans based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Review inventory health to achieve service level and working capital targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to prevent disruptions.
• Support S&OP and supply review meetings with inventory and supply insights.
• Participate in scenario planning and risk assessments.
• Align supply plans with operational capabilities and business needs.
• Track supply chain KPIs and resolve supply-related issues.
• Prepare planning reports and dashboards for management review.
• Drive improvements in planning processes, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, Order Management, Commercial, and Customer Service teams.
• Coordinate supply activities to support customer fulfilment and delivery requirements.
