Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to support materials orders from sales staff and customers. You will prepare quotations, complete order sheets, and distribute documents to suppliers while logging all orders into Oracle ERP.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, at least 2 years' experience, and strong communication. A 6-month maternity cover with rostered weekend standby is offered, based at Paya Lebar MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
