Job summary

Kingfisher Recruitment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is partnering with a leading food distributor to recruit a hands-on Supply Chain Manager in West Singapore.

The role oversees inventory, warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and reliable deliveries. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance and QA on demand and supply planning, while driving cost efficiency and strong ERP/WMS reporting.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years in supply chain, logistics or distribution.
• Experience leading inventory, warehousing, logistics and customer service teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving with hands-on approach.
• Food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain experience is an advantage.
• English and Chinese language communication is required for internal/external communication.
• ERP/SAP and warehouse management system experience preferred.

Supply Chain Manager

Location: West Singapore | Food Distribution

Our MNC client is an established food distributor seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory, customer service, warehousing and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain operations, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and reliable deliveries.
• Manage inventory planning and replenishment to maintain availability and reduce excess stock.
• Improve warehouse productivity, stock accuracy and logistics cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop operational teams, maintaining safety and service standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance and QA on demand and supply planning.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen ERP/WMS reporting.

Requirements

• At least 6~7 years of relevant supply chain, logistics or distribution experience.
• Proven experience managing inventory, warehousing, logistics and customer service teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain experience is an advantage.
• English and Chinese language skill will be required to have internal/external communication.
• ERP/SAP and warehouse management system experience preferred.

Package & Working Hours

• Salary commensurate with experience + AWS.
• Monday-Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings.
