Job summary

Kingfisher Recruitment Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting a hands-on Supply Chain Manager for a West Singapore food distributor. You will lead inventory, warehousing and logistics, ensuring accurate orders and timely deliveries.

The role requires 6–7 years in supply chain, strong leadership and ERP/SAP/WMS experience, with a hands-on approach. Food distribution/FMCG experience is a plus; standard Mon–Fri with some Saturday mornings may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 6–7 years of relevant supply chain, logistics or distribution experience.
• Proven experience managing inventory, warehousing, logistics and customer service teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

Our MNC client is an established food distributor seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory, customer service, warehousing and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain operations, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and reliable deliveries.
• Manage inventory planning and replenishment to maintain availability and reduce excess stock.
• Improve warehouse productivity, stock accuracy and logistics cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop operational teams, maintaining safety and service standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance and QA on demand and supply planning.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen ERP/WMS reporting.

Requirements

• At least 6~7 years of relevant supply chain, logistics or distribution experience.
