Job summary

Genetec Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Lead to ensure accurate and timely coordination of orders, RMAs, compliance activities, and logistics workflows across the APAC region.

You will partner with sales to forecast, manage fulfillment in Dynamics 365, and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics and Compliance teams to optimize post-sales operations.

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of fulfilment, logistics, and customer operations.
• Two or more years in a similar operational support role.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems; Dynamics 365 asset.

Responsibilities

• Forecast periodic forecasts to support procurement decisions for HQ, local suppliers, and RMAs.
• Coordinate full cycle fulfilment of customer orders in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
• Proactively manage order status and provide updates to stakeholders.

Job description

Genetec, a leading provider of unified security solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Supply Chain lead to support the growing APAC region. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, APAC, this role ensures customer orders, RMAs, compliance activities, and logistics workflows are coordinated accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

Forecasting updates

Partner with the APAC Sales team to provide periodic forecasts that support procurement decisions for HQ, local suppliers, and RMA stock.

Fulfillment

Coordinate the fully cycle fulfilment of customer orders is Dynamics 365 Finance and operation

Coordinate with Procurement to support timely order processing and issue resolution.

Proactively manage and monitor order status while providing updates to all stakeholders

Act as a liaison between Procurement, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams.

Post packing slips accurately and in accordance with order fulfilment requirements.

Compliance

Coordinate with the warehouse to support accurate and timely customs clearance.

Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure shipments meet country-specific customs laws and regulations.

Logistics

Verify purchase orders and pick lists to track and monitor shipments.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other partners to support smooth logistics operations and meet shipment requirements.

Post-sales operational support

Coordinate with HQ to process advanced RMA and replacement requests.

Verify tax invoices when requested by the Accounts Receivable team.

Support the resolution of subscription billing issues.

Record, track, and renew government certifications and reporting requirements, including ACMA and EESS.

Support additional post-sales responsibilities as the role evolves.

• Collaboration and Follow-Through: Ability to build trust ed working relationships across Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Compliance, Finance, and HQ teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Operational Judgment: Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills to manage order status, shipment exceptions, compliance requirements, and stakeholder updates.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365applications.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will bring a practical understanding of fulfilment, logistics, and customer operations, with the ability to coordinate across teams in a fast-paced international environment.
• Two or more years of experience in a similar operational support role.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, or warehouse partners.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems; experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics 365CRM is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and written and verbal communication skills in English.
