Job summary

Genetec Inc. seeks an experienced Supply Chain Lead for APAC to coordinate orders, RMAs, compliance, and logistics with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Compliance, and HQ teams. You will oversee forecasting, order fulfillment, and post-sales operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience across the region.

The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and clear communication in English, with close collaboration across international partners and government-certification processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, customer operations, or similar operational support role.
• Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners.
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 CRM is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: Partner with the APAC Sales team to provide regular sales forecasts that support procurement planning for HQ, local suppliers, and RMA inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment of customer orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Procurement Liaison: Work closely with Procurement to ensure timely order processing and resolve order-related issues.
• Status Monitoring: Monitor order status proactively and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between Procurement, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams.
• Documentation: Post packing slips accurately and in accordance with fulfillment requirements.
• Compliance: Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance.
• Regulatory: Collaborate with Trade Compliance to ensure shipments comply with country-specific customs regulations.
• Logistics Coordination: Verify purchase orders and pick lists to track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Post-Sales Ops: Process Advanced RMA and product replacement requests; verify tax invoices.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain records and manage renewals for government certifications and reporting requirements (ACMA, EESS).

Description

Genetec, a leading provider of unified security solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Supply Chain Lead to support our growing APAC region.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, APAC, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders, RMAs, compliance activities, and logistics workflows are coordinated accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Compliance, and HQ teams, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting operational excellence across the region.

Responsibilities

Forecasting

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Post‑Sales Operations

• Coordinate with HQ to process Advanced RMA and product replacement requests.
• Verify tax invoices when requested by the Accounts Receivable team.
• Support the resolution of subscription billing issues.
• Maintain records and manage renewals for government certifications and reporting requirements, including ACMA and EESS.
• Support additional post‑sales operational activities as the role evolves.
