A Leading technology company is looking for Supply Chain Analyst. Supply Chain is responsible for fulfilling all internal end user IT needs. We build integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage planning & inventory life cycle. We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, individual to help define, build, manage and measure global asset management. You will play a key role in reimagining efficiency by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.
Track APAC fulfilment requests end-to-end and flag risks to the Asset Manager. Maintain the daily/weekly operational cadence: open-order, backorder follow-up, SLA breach lists. Coordinate with regional site teams and the global Reverse Logistics function on returns and collections status. Prepare escalation summaries and follow up on actions to closure. Act as first-line coordination point for routine stakeholder requests and escalating exceptions. Build and maintain APAC operational dashboards and recurring reports.
Monitor APAC inventory dashboards; report stock availability and replenishment needs. Coordinate cycle count scheduling, perform variance audits and follow up on root-cause remediation. Maintain inventory locators, site stock structures and asset records. Support inventory setup for smart locker, vending and new stocking locations. Support new site activations, hub go-lives and data centre deployments. Provide support on M&A logistics projects, source-space monitoring and sprint task execution. Ensuring and monitoring monthly invoices and reaching internal systems and are paid on time using the correct invoicing requirements.
Track performance of APAC courier vendors against agreed metrics; compile scorecards.
Validate monthly carrier and vendor invoices — ensure they reach internal systems, meet invoicing requirements and investigate discrepancies. Prepare RFQ / quote comparison packs and supporting data for vendor reviews and negotiations led by the Asset Manager. Maintain shipping and importation documentation records for cross-border movements.
