Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support APAC logistics, inventory and asset management operations.

The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, 3PLs, courier vendors and regional teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, fulfilment or asset/inventory management.
• Experience with AI for process improvement and data analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end APAC fulfilment, including orders, backorders, returns, collections and SLA tracking.
• Monitor logistics and inventory dashboards, identify risks, backlogs and stock requirements, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams and service providers.
• Support asset and inventory management, including cycle counts, variance audits, inventory records and new stocking locations.
• Coordinate with courier/3PL vendors, monitor performance, prepare scorecards and support invoice validation and issue resolution.
• Support cross-border shipments, customs/import-export documentation and regional logistics activities.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, SOPs and trackers, and conduct system/transaction audits when required.
• Analyse logistics data and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency using Excel and AI automation.
• Support regional projects, system/process changes and new site or hub deployments.
• Manage operational escalations and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Our client is a leading global technology company looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support APAC logistics, inventory and asset management operations. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, fulfilment or asset/inventory management.
• Experience with AI for process improvement and data analysis.
• Experience in asset management and inventory control within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Experience with courier/3PL vendors, IT equipment distribution or warehousing is highly advantageous.
• Experience with APAC cross-border shipping, customs and import/export documentation is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
