Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics professional to manage local, import, export and drop-shipment orders, coordinating shipments, warehouses, forwarders and customers.

You will handle shipping documentation, customs clearance and logistics costs, and monitor OTIF, stock, orders and invoicing to ensure overall logistics performance. The role is office-based at International Business Park, Jurong East, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in any related discipline.
• Experience in Logistics in Chemical manufacturing, dangerous goods (DG), import/ export, Letter of Credit, and liaising with freight forwarders.
• Experience in drop shipment.
• Knowledge in SAP.

Responsibilities

• To manage local, import, export and drop-shipment orders.
• Coordinate shipments, warehouses, forwarders and customers.
• Handle shipping documentation, customs clearance and logistics costs.
• Monitor OTIF, stock, orders, invoicing and logistics performance.
