Job summary

GMP Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end procurement, logistics, and customer service processes in Singapore.

You will maintain SAP records, optimize inventory, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries while upholding audit-ready documentation. Diploma in Business or Supply Chain and 3–5 years' relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Supply Chain/Procurement/Customer Service.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office.
• Knowledge of incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Procurement in SAP: issue PO, goods receipt/issue.
• Manage supplier master data and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate price negotiations and invoice discrepancies.
• Plan shipments with logistics providers to meet customer needs.
• Assist in stock taking and annual price list preparation.
• Support contracts, tenders, and new customer setup.

Job description

Management of the full spectrum of supply chain activities efficiently and effectively. Maintain and e-file all related documents systematically for auditing purpose. Establish and maintain SOPs, policies, and standards. Any other related/ad-hoc duties or projects as needed.

Procurement Management

• Responsible for procurement management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order and goods receipt/issue etc.
• Material and supplier master management in SAP.
• Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products.
• JIT inventory management, review inventory levels and warehousing cost.
• Assist in stock taking to ensure physical stock accuracy/integrity.
• Assist in price negotiation with suppliers.
• Invoice management including resolution of invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
• Preparation and proposal of annual price list.

Customer Service Management

• Responsible for order management in SAP such as issuance of quotation, order confirmation, invoice, and all other sales related documents.
• Work closely with customer's representatives to ensure service satisfaction.
• Obtain approval from MD according to the approval matrix.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve issues, complaints, or any major incidents in a cost-effective and expeditious manner.

Logistics Management

• Update transportation cost overview.
• Plan shipments in collaboration with sales team and logistics providers to meet customer expectations with the most cost-effective solution.
• Liaise with logistics providers to ensure on time inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Plan and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.

Business Support

• Coordination of contracts, tender and legal documents.
• Maintaining of distributor agreement template.
• New customer creation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Min. 3 to 5 years' experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Procurement role.
• Good working knowledge of incoterms and proficiency with SAP.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Effective (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with people of all levels.
• Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues.
