Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Asia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage inventory planning and purchasing for local and imported products. You will liaise with HQ/factory to ensure timely delivery and stock, and serve as the main user for SAP and related supply chain systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain, inventory planning or purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and purchase inventory for local and imported products.
• Coordinate with HQ / factory to ensure on-time delivery and stock.
• Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor confirmations.
• Serve as the key user for Supply Chain systems (SAP, FA-GSCM, MMEG).
• Maintain SAP master data and troubleshoot system/interface issues.
• Handle inbound shipments, 3PL providers, customs docs, trade compliance, and freight insurance.
• Drive process improvements and support audit and compliance activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and purchasing for local and imported products.
