Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an Inventory & Forecasting Coordinator to support day-to-day purchasing operations and ensure optimal inventory levels. The role involves high-level inventory management, demand forecasting, and generating monthly reports to track accuracy and targets.

You will work on developing procurement procedures, monitoring inbound shipments, and adjusting inventory in response to market changes. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of day-to-day operations for purchasing & product quality.

• Execute high-level inventory management.

• Ensure inventory is planned at an optimal level to meet targets.

• Generate monthly reports for monthly inventory tracking, inventory review, and forecast accuracy report.

• Participate in and support operating procedures designing.

• Process for demand forecasting & supply planning.

• Monitor and respond to product demand changes by adjusting inventory.

• Analyze and provide accurate forecasts.

• Create strategies to improve the forecasting process and minimize variance.

• Monitor and manage the operations of inbound shipments.

Requirements:
