SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator – Order Management & Import/Export in Alexandra, Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating orders, shipments and documentation in SAP, with a strong emphasis on Incoterms and cost monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Supply Chain or related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience coordinating overseas import/export shipments.
Position: Supply Chain Coordinator – Order Management & Import/Export
Location: Alexandra
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 Basic Salary + Monthly Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and freight forwarders to support timely order and shipment fulfilment.
Generate and issue purchase orders, maintain accurate order information in SAP and coordinate daily shipment arrangements.
Manage customer and supplier order backlogs, forecasts and delivery commitments.
Monitor freight, cargo and logistics costs and highlight significant cost variances where required.
Follow up on shipment delays, document discrepancies and order exceptions with the relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate order, shipment and supporting documentation in SAP and internal records.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline, with at least two years of directly relevant supply-chain, order-management or import/export experience.
Practical working knowledge and hands-on application of Incoterms are required.
Hands-on experience coordinating overseas import and export shipments with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
SAP experience would be advantageous; candidates with strong experience in comparable ERP systems may also be considered.
Experience handling a high volume of purchase orders, preferably approximately 100 POs per month.
