Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is looking for a Supply Chain Management Coordinator. The role involves coordination with various parties, daily shipment arrangements, and cost analysis.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be comfortable with mandatory overseas travel. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package.

• Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external parties including customers and suppliers.
• Manage daily shipment arrangements and relevant documentation.
• Oversee order backlog and forecast management.
• Conduct cost analysis for logistics.

Job description

• Position: Supply Chain Management Coordinator
• Location: Alexandra
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electric Automotive Products

Main Responsibilities

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
