Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is partnering with an established MNC Automotive Manufacturer to recruit an Export Logistics Coordinator for a permanent role in Singapore. The role supports regional export operations, handling shipping documents, coordinating with 3PLs, and SAP exposure.

You will ensure on-time shipments, maintain records, and drive process improvements while working with cross-functional teams. A minimum of 2 years in export logistics and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in export shipment / logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with shipping documents and export processes.
• Familiar with Incoterms and logistics terminology.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Proficient in SAP SD/MM and Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
• Proactive with good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional inbound/outbound shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, process and verify shipping and export documentation.
• Liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delays or operational issues.
• Ensure logistics activities and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain operational records and support regular reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes.

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established MNC Automotive Manufacturer looking for a Export Logistics Coordinator to join their business permanently.

This role supports regional export operations and requires hands-on experience in export documentation, coordination with 3PLs, and SAP exposure.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Central Region

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (staggered hours available)

Salary Package: Up to SGD 3,700 monthly + Bonuses
