Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Coordinator to support the Supply Chain Management Team. The role involves coordinating and negotiating with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders, and arranging daily shipments using SAP.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel occasionally. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list).
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good Team Player, Time Management, Accuracy and Problem Solving skills.
• Must be comfortable with working overtime occasionally and overseas travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc).
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc).
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management).
• May be required to travel on case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting).
• Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock).
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost).
