Pasona Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Coordinator to join the Supply Chain Management Team in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders, arranging daily shipments, and managing inventory and costs.

You will handle SAP inputs, PO generation, and schedule checks while supporting forecast accuracy. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, is proficient in MS Office, and can travel overseas when required.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list).
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good team player with time management, accuracy and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work overtime occasionally and travel overseas.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate / negotiate with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders).

Job Description:

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
  *May be required to travel on case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)
• Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Job Requirements:
