Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Alexandra, Singapore, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support timely order and shipment fulfilment. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, customers, suppliers and freight forwarders, issuing POs in SAP, and maintaining order visibility.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in a related field, 2+ years of relevant experience, hands-on Incoterms knowledge, SAP experience a plus, and strong Excel skills. Permanent role, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline is required.
• At least two years of directly relevant experience in supply chain, order management, import/export or logistics coordination.
• Hands-on experience using Incoterms is required.
• Experience coordinating import and export shipments with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders is required.
• SAP experience would be advantageous; other ERP systems may be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience handling approximately 100 or more Purchase Orders per month is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and freight forwarders to support timely order and shipment fulfilment.
• Generate and issue Purchase Orders, maintain accurate order information in SAP and coordinate daily shipment arrangements.
• Manage customer and supplier order backlogs, forecasts and delivery commitments.
• Monitor freight, cargo and logistics costs and highlight significant cost variances where required.
• Follow up on shipment delays, document discrepancies and order exceptions.
• Maintain accurate order, shipment and supporting documentation in SAP and internal records.
• Support continuous improvements in order-management and shipment-coordination processes where required.
