Job summary

Allied Search Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage daily shipment operations and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders. The role includes SAP input, sailing schedule coordination, and invoice/Bills of Lading verification.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong Incoterms knowledge, and preference for candidates with trading company exposure. Some travel may be required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms).
• Experience in a trading company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams and external parties, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Manage daily shipment operations, including purchase order generation and dispatch.
• Input in SAP system, coordinate sailing schedules, and verify invoices and Bills of Lading.
• Oversee supplier and customer relationships, including order backlog tracking and demand forecast management.
• Travel as required on a case-by-case basis to support business needs.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams and external parties, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Manage daily shipment operations, including purchase order generation and dispatch, SAP system input, sailing schedule coordination, and verification of invoices and Bills of Lading.
• Oversee supplier and customer relationships, including order backlog tracking and demand forecast management.
• Conduct cost analysis with a strong awareness of cargo, logistics, and transportation costs.
• Travel as required on a case-by-case basis to support business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms).
• Experience in a trading company is an advantage.
