Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd invites a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize data-driven decisions for a data centre logistics environment. You will analyze operational data, dashboards, and KPIs, and maintain SOPs across inbound/outbound processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, proficiency with SAP/WMS, and strong stakeholder management. Permanent on-site position in Singapore with AWS, medical and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP, WMS or similar systems.
• Knowledge of SOP development, audits, KPI/SLA monitoring or governance.
• Data centre logistics experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data, dashboards, KPIs and trends to support business decisions.
• Review customer requirements, documents and service-level performance.
• Develop, update and maintain operational SOPs.
• Audit logistics operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and process requirements.
• Support data-center logistics activities including inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, kitting, replenishment and decommissioning.
• Maintain operational data and reports using SAP, WMS and other systems.
• Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Support customer issue resolution and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct logistics process training and induction for new operations staff.
• Support yearly internal audits and maintain logistics process assessments and training materials.

• Position: Supply Chain Analyst (Data Centre Logistics / SAP / WMS)
• Location: Benoi
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4800 + AWS + Medical + Dental
• Duration: Permanent
