Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team in Benoi. In this role, you will analyze supply chain data, build performance dashboards, optimize operational processes from warehouse to data centers, and ensure strict governance to SOPs.

Job Highlights

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, extract, and clean data from primary and secondary sources while maintaining internal databases.

• Interpret complex supply chain data, analyze trends using statistical techniques, and compile comprehensive operational reports.

• Design, build, and manage data analysis dashboards to optimize statistical efficiency, data quality, and visibility.

• Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Audit daily operations to ensure governance and strict adherence to defined SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects across end-to-end processes—from warehouse operations to data center workflows (including inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, builds, replenishment, kitting, and decommissioning).

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their operational demands, requirements and service expectations.

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries, review client documentation, and research required information to resolve complex operational issues prompt.

• Escalating and routing customer queries to appropriate internal resources when required.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in data analytics, statistical techniques, database management, and building interactive dashboards.

• Hands-on familiarity with warehouse-to-data center processes (e.g., inbound/outbound, reverse logistics, replenishment, kitting).

• Proven ability to write SOPs, audit processes, and lead continuous improvement projects.
