Job summary

ResMed is seeking an AI Transformation Lead - Supply Chain to drive the adoption and scaling of AI across the Supply Chain team. You will identify high-value use cases and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will champion AI governance, develop communities of practice, and enable sustainable AI adoption while tracking business value and alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading AI, digital transformation or automation initiatives in supply chain.
• Strong leadership, facilitation and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Experience deploying AI/ML/generative AI or intelligent automation from concept to production.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, and controls for AI; balancing risk and value.
• Experience building AI adoption frameworks or communities of practice.

Responsibilities

• Define a supply chain AI transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own and maintain a portfolio of AI initiatives from ideation through deployment and optimization.
• Lead AI pilots and PoCs with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Provide expertise in deploying AI, ML, generative AI, and automation solutions for measurable outcomes.
• Partner with data/analytics teams to improve data quality and governance for AI.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, guardrails and responsible AI practices.
