Qualifications

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies with ability to prototype ideas or automation solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• Champion AI adoption by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending practical business applications.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Map business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs that guide development teams and technology partners.
• Support solution scoping, feasibility assessment, and business case preparation.
• Coordinate end-to-end product delivery from concept through implementation and continuous enhancement.
• Work closely with internal and outsourced development teams to clarify requirements and monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with technology partners, solution providers, and internal engineering teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Lead and coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC), pilot deployments, and solution demonstrations to validate business value and technical feasibility.
• Track solution delivery milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
