Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Singapore seeks Consultants to transform client supply chains using data, analytics, and AI. You’ll work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on end-to-end engagements spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics to create measurable value.

You will apply business insight and digital technologies to design future-state operating models and drive adoption of transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and other planning platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in management consulting, supply chain advisory, business transformation, or related industry roles.
• Experience across at least two areas of the supply chain (planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management).
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives, operating model design, process improvement, or large-scale change programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with business audiences.
• Exposure to digital, analytics, AI, or automation initiatives that improved supply chain performance.
• Understanding of supply chain technologies and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder).
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset in a client-facing consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of supply chain transformation programs across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, aligning with objectives and enterprise priorities.
• Analyze complex business challenges and translate into actionable recommendations supported by data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.
• Contribute to the design of future-state operating models, processes, governance structures, and performance frameworks.
• Lead workstreams or project modules, managing activities, stakeholders, and deliverables for high-quality outcomes.
• Support strategy development, business case creation, and transformation roadmaps for supply chain improvements and digital enablement.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and Generative AI tools to accelerate problem solving and scenario modelling.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to drive implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Advise on supply chain technology and digital transformation opportunities (SAP S/4HANA, planning platforms) with a business-first perspective.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and go-to-market activities within the Supply Chain Transformation practice.
