Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Drafter to prepare shop detail drawings for client and consultant approvals and to coordinate services drawings for construction timelines.

You will liaise with site engineers and consultants, check shop drawings from sub-contractors for compliance, interpret structural and M&E drawings, and highlight discrepancies. The role supports IMS documentation and project execution on site.

Responsibilities

• To prepare shop detail drawings for Client /Consultants approval.
• To prepare services Architectural coordinationdrawings and obtain approval in time for construction.
• Liasing with suppliers / sub-contractors toprepare and obtain approval for material submission.
• Preparation of Architectural work methodstatements.
• To liaise with Site Engineer and Consultants ondesign / detail requirements.
• To advise on practicality and buildability inconstruction details
• To follow the Company Integrated ManagementSystem (IMS) on documentation and control of drawings including easy retrieval.
• To assist Project Manager and Site Engineer inpreparing of sketch design drawing for consultant approval.
• To check on shop working drawings submitted bySub-Contractor / Specialist to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Tointerpret structural, M&E drawings in conjunction with architecturaldrawings and specification.
• Ensurethat all the Architectural works are carried out in accordance to Drawings andSpecifications.
• Tohighlight and discuuss the discrepancies between drawings, specification and /or contract documents to the Site Engineers.
• To carry out site inspection with Project Manager, Site Engineer and Consultant toresolve discrepancies and details on site.
• Monitoringof work progress.
• Anyother duties as instructed by the Management.
