Job summary

Hua Leong Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor/Engineer to liaise with HQ, clients, authorities, consultants, QS, purchaser, sub-contractors and stakeholders on site matters.

You will monitor drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions to ensure alignment with contract requirements. You will conduct daily site inspections, report progress to the Project Manager, resolve site issues with engineers and coordinators, and attend technical/progress meetings to ensure safe methods and

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors on construction sites.
• Ability to monitor and transmit drawing updates to multiple parties.
• Familiarity with shop drawings and material submission processes.
• Strong problem-solving to resolve drawing discrepancies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Liaise/correspondence with HQ, clients, authorities, consultants, QS, purchaser, sub-contractors and stakeholders in regard with site matters.
• Update master list and transmit to all parties the receiving of architectural, structural and M&E construction drawings.
• Monitor sub-contract shop drawings for submission and approval.
• Monitor materials sample submission for consultant/client approval.
• Monitor and ensure that all discrepancies of drawings/information are resolved in the shortest time.
• Daily monitor site activities and report back to Project Manager of site progress against planned schedule & target milestones. To perform daily site inspection to ensure work progress is up to speed and concurrently ensure works performed comply with safe work methods.
• To daily resolve site problems either with the structure Engineer, Architectural Coordinator, M&E Engineer or Resident Engineer to achieve smooth operation at site.
• Inspect and check site works to ensure all works comply with contract and specifications. And to accompany client's architect/stakeholders for site walk and inspection.
• Attend technical/progress meeting and conduct site meetings as and when require.
