Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of Production Operators and Technicians, guiding daily manufacturing targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will supervise daily activities, monitor performance, and coordinate with other departments to meet production requirements. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and Lean manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising 50+ Production Operators or Technicians.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office/Outlook.
• Good understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management skills.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Supervise daily production activities and monitor overall operational performance.
• Manage cross-training programmes to improve employees' technical skills and job knowledge.
• Ensure all required check sheets and records are properly completed before, during and after production activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or contract-manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading a team of more than 50 Production Operators or Technicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP.
• Good understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Positive attitude and able to work independently under pressure.
• Able to meet operational deadlines.
• Able to work eight-hour day and night shifts.
