Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Robotics & Smart Systems is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the willingness to learn new software applications.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will be an added advantage.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
• Display a self-motivated attitude, thriving in a timeline-driven environment.
• Flexible and willing to work on a 5-day shift schedule, based on operational requirements.
• Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork.
