Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a manufacturing supervisor to coordinate department activities and drive quality, timeliness, and efficiency in production.

The role includes supervising staff, scheduling, interviewing and orienting new operators, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and coaching employees for career development.

Qualifications

• Min "O" Level with 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good team player and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines.
• Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis.
• Supervise staff in accordance to company policies and procedures.
• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
• Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Conduct interview, hire new operators, and provide employee orientation.
• Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
• Coach and provide career development advice to staff
