Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of over 50 Operators/Technicians to meet daily manufacturing targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate cross-training, enforce shop-floor discipline, monitor check sheets, and drive productivity improvements. Strong leadership, SAP knowledge, and LEAN experience are essential. Shift flexibility (day/night) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with proven track record in leading a team of >50 Operators/Technicians
• Able to commit to 8 hours shift (Day/Night)
• Preferably with at least 3 years supervising role in contract manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead a team of Production Operators/Technicians to achieve daily manufacturing targets within acceptable quality and safety level
• Overall supervision of production activities
• Plan and manage cross training program for Production Operators/Technicians in upgrading individual skills and job knowledge
• Ensure subordinates carry out necessary check sheets and record sheets before, during and after activities (as required)
• Enforce shop floor discipline control with good housekeeping and safety at the workplace
• Ensure risks and gaps in production floor are identified and control measures in placed
• Lead in productivity improvement projects
• Able to perform and support any other tasks as instructed by Superior

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Educational/Certification Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in any Engineering or its equivalent
