Job summary

O'Coffee Club is seeking service-oriented team members for our vibrant outlets across Singapore. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while upholding hygiene and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and ensure smooth guest flow.
• Take accurate food & beverage orders and serve promptly according to service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
• Manage service recovery and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to maintain smooth and efficient service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service SOPs.
• Lead and supervise service staff during shift operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the outlet.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior.
