• Support the shift manager with event planning
• Relay customer feedback to shift manager promptly
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Perform additional duties as required by the manager

Job Summary

Our front-of-house crew delivers excellent customer service and hospitality, ensuring guests feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit. This role suits a team player passionate about the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Provide accurate menu recommendations to assist customers in their choices
• Process customer orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of all menu items during service periods
• Set and clear tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment
• Support the shift manager in planning and organizing special events
• Communicate customer feedback promptly to the shift manager for resolution
• Adhere strictly to food and beverage safety and hygiene standards during all tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support café operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the food & beverage or retail industry
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player with a friendly and approachable attitude
• High initiative and positive attitude to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Commitment to a 5-day work week schedule (inclusive of weekends and public holidays)
