Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food preparation, cooking, and serving of meals.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food to customers.
• Handle cashier duties and manage simple transactions if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and ensure proper storage of kitchen items.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with NEA regulations.
• Support the cook/chef and other team members in smooth canteen operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or canteen manager.
