Job summary

The Lo & Behold Group, in partnership with Tiffany & Co., opens Blue Box Café Singapore led by Chef Julien Royer. We are seeking Front of House service staff for this exciting new opening.

You will lead service operations, build guest relationships, take orders, upsell, ensure outlet setup, and uphold SOPs while delivering exceptional hospitality. Structured training and recognition await, with comprehensive medical and insurance coverage, dining discounts, and sabbaticals for long service.

• Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
• Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
• Improving procedures and systems
• Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to
