Job summary

Lobehold is opening Blue Box Café Singapore in partnership with Tiffany & Co, led by Chef Julien Royer. This venue fuses hospitality and luxury, blending modern elegance with precise service in a distinctive retail setting.

We are seeking Front of House service staff to join the opening team, delivering refined guest experiences, building relationships, and upholding high standards across service and SOPs, with structured training and performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests.
• Take orders and describe menu items.
• Upsell products using product knowledge.
• Ensure outlet setup is complete and shift walkthrough is done.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by proactive service and bar operations.
• Improve procedures and systems.
• Conduct basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to.

We are currently seeking Front of House service staff to be part of this exciting new opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading service operations
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Order taking and menu description
• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
• Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
• Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
• Improving procedures and systems
• Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to
