Job summary

Luxury Ventures Pte Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Manager with daily store operations in Singapore. You will drive sales, deliver an engaging customer experience, and ensure SOP compliance while supporting stock management and visual merchandising.

You should have 5–7 years in retail with at least 3 in a supervisory role, plus a Diploma or equivalent. You’ll lead a team, communicate effectively, influence outcomes, and be second in charge during the Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
• Proven organizational skills - able to manage multiple demands and priorities.
• Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with creativity.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales performance and prepare reports for Managers.
• Communicate sales goals and targets to the team on an ongoing basis.

• Conduct daily briefings, monitor stock availability, and maintain SOP compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising displays for promotions and seasonal activities.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Assist Manager in the day to day operations of a retail store, indirectly oversees all store functions

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the Sales

• Deliver store's / outlet's sales performance
• Communicate information on sales goals and targets to the team on a continuous basis
• Prepares necessary sales reports for Managers

Deliver WOW Experience

• Provide a unique and genuine customer experience that delights and engages every shopper by following the 7 steps to WOW.

Delivery Operation Excellence

• Conduct daily briefing to retail staff on target and highlights of the day
• Monitor stock availabilities
• Maintain compliance of Store SOP at all times.
• Maintain visual merchandising displays for promotional and seasonal activities. e.g. EOS, SASS
• Prepares monthly reports for Managers

Develop Team

• Supervise retail staff
• Encourage the team to demonstrate Valiram Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Second in charge in the absence of Manager to look into staff-related matters

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5-7 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
