Job summary

LEDODO GLOBAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisory role to oversee dishwashing and kitchen cleaning operations on-site.

You will allocate duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure strict hygiene and safety standards are upheld in a fast-paced environment. Training staff on procedures and collaborating with the kitchen team are essential for smooth workflows. The role requires leadership, organized delegation, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff in dishwashing, kitchen, or food service operations.
• Strong team leadership and clear communication with staff.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and monitor tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily dishwashing and cleaning operations.
• Plan and allocate duties to dishwashing staff according to operational needs.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and handling of plates, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of food waste and rubbish.
• Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain operational standards.
• Assist with operational duties when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
