Job summary

HOTEL DE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Maintenance. You will monitor staff performance, assign duty rosters and coordinate with departments to maintain smooth service.

You will handle guest enquiries, monitor room availability and ensure clean, safe, and high-quality standards while reporting issues and helping optimise resources and reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hotel operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
• Knowledge of hotel procedures, guest service standards and housekeeping coordination.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and operational reporting.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
