Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience.
• Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; willing to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge.
• Motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Understand and analyze KPIs to drive the business and achieve targets.
• Support staff development through ongoing training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Maximize opportunities to recruit and build long-term client relationships with customers.
• Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing day-to-day store operations and team performance, while also contributing to both individual and overall store sales targets.
