Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong store operations, sales, service, people management and training experience.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve individual sales targets through selling techniques, clienteling and strong product knowledge.
• Motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Understand and analyse key KPIs to drive the business and achieve the target.
• Support staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maximize opportunities to recruit and build long term client relationships with clients.
• Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge.
• Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
