Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coaching: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve individual and counter sales targets. Provide hands‑on training to ensure team members deliver expert styling and product knowledge.
• Client Relationship Management: Oversee VIP customer engagement and ensure the team provides a world‑class luxury service experience. Effectively handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily counter operations, including stock management, strict inventory auditing, accurate transaction handling, and opening/closing protocols. Prepare daily sales reports and communicate performance metrics to the Store Manager.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain exceptional counter presentation and merchandise organization in strict alignment with the brand's global luxury guidelines and Takashimaya's retail expectations.
• Staff Management: Assist with team scheduling, attendance management, and task delegation to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in premium fashion, watches, or luxury men's accessories. Prior experience as a Senior Sales Associate, Team Leader, or Retail Supervisor is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Strong leadership potential, interpersonal communication, and a proven personal sales track record. Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office (Excel) is required.
• Attributes: Proactive, solution‑oriented, and commercially minded with an eye for luxury visual aesthetics.
