• Supervise daily salon operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Lead, train, and motivate hairstylists and assistants to uphold service standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and productivity to maintain effectiveness.
• Ensure all hair services comply with safety standards and professional quality requirements.
• Manage customer inquiries, appointments, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products to enhance satisfaction and sales.
• Assist management in achieving monthly sales targets and improving retention.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of salon equipment and workstations.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional hair services including haircutting, styling, colouring, highlighting, bleaching, perming, rebonding, straightening, and treatments to meet client preferences and hair conditions
• Provide expert consultation to customers on hairstyles, hair colours, and treatments tailored to their preferences, hair condition, and facial features
• Supervise daily salon operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service
• Lead, train, and motivate hairstylists, junior stylists, and salon assistants to uphold service standards and improve team performance
• Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and productivity to maintain operational effectiveness
• Ensure all hair services comply with salon safety standards and professional quality requirements
• Manage customer enquiries, appointments, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Recommend appropriate hair treatments, salon services, and haircare products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
• Assist management in achieving monthly sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing customer retention
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of salon equipment, tools, and workstations to meet health and safety standards
• Monitor and manage salon inventory including hair dyes, perming solutions, treatment products, and supplies to ensure availability and minimize waste
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of hair chemicals and equipment following safety procedures
• Stay updated on the latest hairstyling trends, colouring techniques, hair treatments, and industry developments to maintain service excellence
