Responsabilités

• Lead hands-on threading, haircuts, facials, and coloring to meet client needs
• Manage and supervise hairstylists, beauticians, and salon therapists
• Lead the outlet to achieve monthly sales and targets
• Oversee daily operations for smooth workflow
• Provide professional consultations tailoring hairstyles and treatments
• Handle enquiries and complaints professionally
• Motivate staff with guidance and a positive environment
• Maintain high standard of customer service and client experiences
• Monitor sales, staff performance, retention, and rebooking rates
• Promote salon packages, services, and retail products
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Ensure services meet quality standards
• Oversee hair cutting, styling, coloring, grooming
• Recommend hairstyles based on client preferences
• Create hairstyles for everyday looks and specials
• Communicate with clients and adjust services per feedback
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation across stations
• Coordinate administrative, accounts, HR-related support when required
• Prepare and monitor operational reports and sales performance
• Collaborate with Managing Director to improve operations and growth

Job Summary

Lead and manage a salon team to deliver exceptional hair and beauty services, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth daily operations. Provide expert consultation, maintain high service standards, and drive business growth through effective team leadership and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on threading, unisex haircuts, facials, and hair coloring to meet client needs
• Manage and supervise hairstylists, beauticians, and salon therapists to ensure team effectiveness
• Lead the salon outlet to consistently achieve monthly sales and business targets
• Oversee daily salon operations to maintain smooth and efficient workflow
• Provide professional consultation recommending hairstyles, treatments, and hair care products tailored to clients’ preferences
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally to maintain excellent client relationships
• Motivate staff by monitoring performance, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences
• Monitor daily sales, staff performance, customer retention, and rebooking rates to inform operational decisions
• Promote salon packages, hair treatments, beauty services, and retail products to increase revenue
• Manage salon inventory including stock levels, product usage, and ordering requirements
• Ensure all salon services and treatments meet quality and professional standards
• Oversee hair cutting, styling, coloring, grooming, and other salon services as needed
• Recommend hairstyles and haircuts based on customers’ preferences, facial features, and lifestyle
• Create and oversee hairstyles for everyday looks and special occasions
• Communicate closely with clients throughout styling processes and adjust services according to their feedback
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation practices are maintained across all salon stations
• Coordinate administrative, accounts, and HR-related support functions when required
• Prepare and monitor operational reports, sales performance, and other salon-related records
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to improve salon operations, profitability, service quality, and overall business growth
