UNIVERSAL MANPOWER SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Salon Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, inventory, and ensure top hygiene standards in our Singapore salon.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, customer service, upselling beauty packages, and collaboration with management on promotions; candidates should have 2–4 years in similar roles, with a relevant diploma.

Competenze

• 2–4 years as a Salon Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Lead Beautician.
• Diploma or professional certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Hospitality Management preferred.

1. Daily Operations & Management

Oversee daily salon activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.

Manage staff schedules , shift rotations, and daily appointments to maximize salon capacity.

Monitor inventory levels of professional products and retail merchandise, handling reordering and stock takes.

Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon.

2. Team Leadership & Training

Lead, motivate, and mentor beauticians, therapists, and reception staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Train staff on advanced beauty techniques , customer service etiquette, and product knowledge.

Resolve internal staff conflicts and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

3. Customer Service & Sales

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling VIP clients and resolving customer complaints professionally.

Drive salon revenue by upselling beauty packages, memberships, and retail products.

Assist management in designing and executing promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.

Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience

Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Salon Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Lead Beautician.

A diploma or professional certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Hospitality Management is highly preferred.

2. Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and staff.

Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure during peak hours.

Proficiency in salon management software (POS systems) and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).
