Qualifications

• Experience performing hair services (shampoo, cut, colour, highlight, style).
• Ability to analyse hair texture/condition and discuss client preferences.
• Knowledge of sanitation/health-safety standards in a salon.
• Ability to upsell and advise on at-home hair care products.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
