GRACE MAINTENANCE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor in our cleaning operations in Singapore.

The role supports operations teams and the operations manager with daily cleaning activities, scheduling, staff coordination, inventory management, and client communication. You will supervise cleaners, assign duties, prepare schedules, train staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily cleaning duties to cleaners/room attendants.
• Prepare cleaning schedules and ensure areas are cleaned according to company standards.
• Inspect cleaning work and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and work performance.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies are maintained and available.
• Handle client complaints and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding cleaning/room attendants requirements.
• Maintain cleaning checklists and attendance records.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on areas requiring improvement.
• Ensure cleaners follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with deep cleaning, events, and emergency cleaning when required.
• Motivate and guide the cleaning team to achieve daily work targets.
