Job summary

AN LA GHIEN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations at multiple sites in Singapore.

You will supervise a team of cleaners, assign duties, and ensure tasks meet schedules and quality standards. You will monitor attendance, inspect sites, train staff on cleaning procedures and safety, coordinate with clients, and report manpower needs and operations to management.

Qualifications

• Able to supervise and manage a team of cleaners.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
• Able to handle multiple work sites and operational issues.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends or public holidays when required.
• Relevant cleaning or supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Plan and assign duties to cleaners and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and work performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality standards are met.
• Train and guide new and existing cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, tools and supplies are properly used and maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of cleaning materials when required.
• Handle operational issues, customer feedback and complaints promptly.
• Communicate with clients regarding cleaning schedules, manpower requirements and service matters.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on manpower, attendance and site operations.
• Ensure staff comply with company policies, workplace safety procedures and hygiene standards.
• Perform other supervisory and operational duties as assigned by management.
