Job summary

Tung Lok Central Restaurant Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and support staff in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, handling guest concerns, documenting procedures, and ensuring cleanliness and cash handling accuracy during opening and closing. The role requires a proactive, service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and restaurant
• Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports
• Report daily operational or staffing issues to management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time
