Job summary

Tung Lok Central Restaurant Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant activities and ensure smooth, efficient service.

You will motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high standards across day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include handling customer concerns, documenting procedures, opening/closing tasks with cash handling, and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Service oriented and passionate about working in F&B industry.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
