Job summary

Tung Lok Signatures (2006) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced restaurant professional to oversee daily operations, supervise service, and uphold high food and service standards. You will manage inventory, budgets, and staff training to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Delivering consistent service excellence, resolving guest concerns promptly, and leading a motivated team in a fast-paced setting are key parts of this role. Weekend and holiday work are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge & leadership of restaurant operations, service standards, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
• PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated.
